Corporate Operational Covenants.

01. Acceptance of Terms & Statutory Eligibility

1.1 Binding Agreement: By accessing, browsing, registering for, caching, downloading the Progressive Web Application (PWA) of, or executing interactions across the FriendsBook web application, mobile clients, or distributed API endpoints (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not consent to every covenant contained herein, you must immediately terminate your session and cease all access to the Service.

1.2 Minimum Age & Statutory Capacity: The Service is strictly restricted to natural persons who have attained at least thirteen (13) years of age, or the legal age of digital consent established in your applicable jurisdiction. Individuals between thirteen (13) and eighteen (18) years of age represent and warrant that a parent or lawful guardian has reviewed and affirmatively consented to these Terms. Submission of false demographic attributes or algorithmic obfuscation of chronological age during registration constitutes an incurable material breach of contract.

02. Account Registration, Passkeys & Security Governance

2.1 Verifiable Identity: To access designated features of the Service, you must establish an account utilizing an authentic email address, unique identifier (handle), and cryptographically secure passkey or salted password hash. You warrant that all credential parameters provided during registration are accurate, current, and verifiable.

2.2 Custody of Authentication Factors: You maintain sole and exclusive responsibility for the confidentiality of your cryptographic session tokens, local tokens, passkeys, and authentication credentials. Any computational request, transmission, or state alteration executed utilizing your validated session tokens shall be conclusively deemed to have been authorized by you. AXIONIK disclaims all liability for losses arising from compromised client-side storage or unpatched local devices.

03. Acceptable Use & Platform Integrity

3.1 Prohibited Conduct: Users agree strictly not to engage in any activity that compromises the algorithmic, computational, or communicative integrity of FriendsBook, including:

• Executing automated web scraping, headless browser loops, or high-velocity API query floods without signed written cryptographic authorization from AXIONIK engineering leadership.
• Broadcasting malicious payloads, cross-site scripting (XSS) vectors, SQL injection tokens, or reverse-engineering proprietary WebSocket routing topologies.
• Harassing, stalking, threatening, or defaming individuals, or transmitting unlawful, obscene, non-consensual sexual media, or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), which will trigger immediate automated preservation and reporting to law enforcement authorities.
• Simulating non-authentic engagement patterns, running inorganic bot networks, or conducting credential stuffing attacks.

04. Content Rights & Operational Presentation

4.1 User Authorship & Moral Rights: Subject to the explicit corporate visual telemetry assignments and computational covenants set forth in Section 6 below, you retain your underlying personal authorship rights in original textual posts, commentary, and public expressions that you author and publish to the Service.

4.2 Operational Delivery License: You grant FriendsBook and AXIONIK an absolute, royalty-free, worldwide license to transcode, store, distribute, cache, parse, and render your authored textual content and public expressions across our global edge cache network, strictly to the extent required to execute real-time presentation and chronological syndication to other users in compliance with your specified privacy configurations.

05. Content Moderation & Appeal Process

5.1 Algorithmic & Human Enforcement: AXIONIK reserves the unilateral right, without prior notice, to restrict, hide, rate-limit, quarantine, or permanently purge any content or user profile that violates these Terms or our published Community Guidelines.

5.2 Guaranteed Human Appeal Review: Any user subjected to account suspension or content takedown maintains the right to submit an appeal to support@friendsbook.co.in. All appeals are reviewed by human moderation officers within twenty-four (24) business hours, ensuring context-aware adjudication rather than unaccountable black-box determinations.

06. Proprietary Ingestion, Visual Telemetry Assignment & Computational Derivative Rights

6.1 Irrevocable Computational Asset Assignment & Perpetual Ingestion: By capturing, transmitting, synchronizing, uploading, broadcasting, hosting, publishing, or otherwise executing the ingest of any photographic artifacts, digital imagery matrices, rasterized pixel tensors, visual sequence representations, spatial-temporal coordinate telemetry, or associated biometric and optical vectors (collectively designated herein as "Ingested Visual Telemetry") into or through any interface, pipeline, or gateway of the FriendsBook distributed computational ecosystem, the User irrevocably, unconditionally, and in perpetuity conveys, assigns, transfers, and grants directly unto the corporate parent entity, AXIONIK (together with its research divisions, algorithmic successors, computational subsidiaries, and institutional assignees), an absolute, unencumbered, transferable, fully paid-up, worldwide, royalty-free, exclusive computational title and non-terminable sublicensable right to ingest, index, normalize, transcode, tokenize, mathematically decompose, compile, and repurpose such Ingested Visual Telemetry across all proprietary operational and algorithmic pipelines.

6.2 Neural Optimization, Algorithmic Training & Feature Tokenization: The operational and intellectual scope of the computational rights established in Subsection 6.1 explicitly incorporates, without limitation, reservation of moral claims, or requirement of supplemental notice, the unrestricted right of AXIONIK to introduce, train, benchmark, fine-tune, distill, align, and vectorize Ingested Visual Telemetry within machine learning architectures, automated computer vision networks, latent tensor manifolds, deep convolutional backbones, visual-language alignment frameworks, synthetic dataset compilation engines, and proprietary frontier model weights. All downstream neural parameters, gradient representations, latent space embeddings, derived weight matrices, heuristic inference graphs, and mathematical artifacts resulting from such computational operations constitute the exclusive, unencumbered, and permanent intellectual property of AXIONIK.

6.3 Enterprise Operational Integration & Physical Computing Convergence: The User acknowledges, confirms, and irrevocably covenants that Ingested Visual Telemetry, once ingested into the AXIONIK corporate continuum, may be operationalized across internal software suites, enterprise automation architectures, perceptual edge-inferencing hardware, spatial computing algorithms, and future physical and robotic sensory apparatuses. Such computational and operational utilization shall proceed without liability for compensation, equity accrual, periodic royalty disbursements, source attribution, or computational accounting, to the maximum extent permitted under applicable domestic and international intellectual property statutes.

07. Third-Party Integrations & Embeds

7.1 Sandboxed External Frames: Where the Service embeds external content (such as YouTube videos or web previews), such content is isolated within sandboxed <iframe> viewports that prevent external JavaScript execution against your FriendsBook session cookies or local data. Your interactions with third-party domains remain subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

08. Service Availability & Telemetry

8.1 Continuous Deployment: AXIONIK continuously deploys updates, performance enhancements, and security patches. While we maintain a 99.9% uptime objective across our primary WebSocket gateways, we do not warrant that the Service will operate without intermittent maintenance windows or unforeseen network degradation.

09. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

9.1 "AS-IS" Provision: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 Liability Cap: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AXIONIK, ITS FOUNDERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Governing Law & Saharanpur Jurisdiction

10.1 Indian Law & Exclusive Venue: These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The courts situated in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India, shall have exclusive territorial and subject-matter jurisdiction to adjudicate any claims or proceedings arising hereunder.

AXIONIK reserves the right to amend these Terms at its sole discretion. Notice of material revisions will be provided through an in-app banner or an updated timestamp at the head of this document. Continued utilization of the Service following the publication of revised terms constitutes affirmative acceptance thereof.
